Schools and charities welcome: please ask, there will be no charges or restrictive conditions

In short this means you cannot use my images without my agreement. On reaching agreement full resolution images, with watermarks, will be made available for viewing and all prints will be from the full resolution file minus any watermarks.
I will part with full resolution digital files very reluctantly and subject to agreed conditions only.

Schools and Charities ...

Bona fide schools and U.K. Charities can obtain full use of my images at no cost (except printing and carriage costs in the case of hard copies) for any educational / charitable use.
In this instance a small inobtrusive watermark will be shown in one corner and must not be removed or obscured

Foto gifts ...

Paypal facilities available at  PMJay.com
Or use direct contact via this site. All images are available for order on any site, just enter file name during your chosen service.

Paypal ...

As prints/gifts become available, please note that all images used are mine (unless stated otherwise) and as such are copyrighted with restrictions on use. While, for instance, it is perfectly acceptable for you to frame and put on display images purchased as prints, cards or canvases, it is not acceptable for you to then sell them on for profit.
Furthermore, scans may not be taken and used for profit of any images supplied or purchased from me.

I do make exceptions for schools and charities ( see above ) and if applicable those interested should contact me.

Cards printed by Photobox carry a charitable notice indicating that 5% of the sale is contributed to the NSPCC. This is an undertaking made by Photobox and is nothing to do with me. Though I do thoroughly endorse the charitable and generous policy Photobox has adopted.

Payment facilities, when set up, will be via Paypal. However I am happy to deal direct via email and will accept cheques and Postal Orders. Please be aware that a delay will be incurred while funds are cleared.

I cannot be held liable for delays either at the printers or during delivery but undertake to do my utmost to ensure prompt delivery to the purchaser.

Likewise, damage in transit will not be my responsibility though I will try to help. As the products are received by me in the first instance, I am happy to to deal with any damage or quality failings from the printer and during despatch to me. Unfortunately I cannot do the same for goods I despatch to the purchaser.

All purchased prints, canvases, cards etc will be watermark free. Watermarks are used on-screen to prevent or deter illegal use.
When images are offered free to charitable institutions and schools a small watermark will be visible in one corner, this will not be obtrusive.
